Revo Fabrications Limited offer products and fabrication to the construction industry, we can fabricate from your free issue material or we can supply and fabricate to your requirements. With the vast knowledge of our team we can accommodate the leading Commercial aluminium Glazing Systems on the market.
The customer supplies all the Aluminium material and components, along with manufacturing sizes and Revo cut to size, machine and assemble.
The customer supplies designs & manufacturing sizes, Revo produce bespoke powdercoated aluminium Windows, Doors & Curtain Walling to suit.
Revo Fabrications Limited was founded in March 2021, and is Sheffield’s only Commercial Aluminium Window manufacturer. At Revo we offer products and fabrication to the construction industry, we fabricate for both Trade supply and Manufacture Only covering an array of different systems.

Systems. Teamwork is essential to our manufacturing process, ensuring we work through things together, perform together and achieve as a team by always giving everything our best.
Aaron has over 15 years’ experience manufacturing Aluminium Glazing Systems and loves to drive others to achieve their full potential, his day-to-day tasks include organising his team to achieve goals set by not only the Directors but our customers.
Alan is a 56-year fabricator who specialises in the fabrication of the commercial door systems, with his vast knowledge, he can overcome most problems should they occur.
Jose started his fabrication journey in Gran Canaria and has been fabricating for over 20 Years, Jose loves to be the busiest fabricator, ensuring a fast but cautious pace.
Neil is one of our Senior Fabricators, with over 35 years manufacturing, Windows, Curtain Walling & Doors under his belt, there’s not much that he hasn’t seen before.
Steve is our man in front of the saw, he loves cutting, and his eyes light up when a fresh delivery of aluminium gets delivered, pestering for cutting lists so he can get stuck in.
Chris recently joined the team after dropping in to enquire if there were any positions free, he has been welcomed by all the team and it’s if he has been with us for years, a perfect fit
